Media Credentials

INFORMATION
Director of Athletic Communications James Gensterblum is the point of contact for all media requests for the Hillsdale College Athletic Department. Please reach out to James for any coverage needs, including for all credentials.

CREDENTIALS
A credential is required for access for all photography, video, and interviews at the following Hillsdale College athletic events (football, volleyball, men's and women's basketball, baseball and softball) Press and photo credentials for athletic contests should be requested AT LEAST 48 HOURS IN ADVANCE. Seating is limited to working press only and available on a first come, first serve basis depending upon facility limitations.

PHOTOGRAPHY/VIDEO LOCATIONS
General: Athletic Department staff reserve the right to ask photographers and videographers to move from a spot. Failure to comply may result in a loss of future credentials to events.

Football: Photographers are allowed to shoot from the 30-yard line to the back of the end zone on both sides of the field. Photographers are not allowed on the game field or at the bench areas during contests. Locker room access is prohibited.

Basketball / Volleyball: Photographers are not allowed on the game court or in the bench areas during contests. Please do not block sight lines of spectators or broadcasters while capturing content. Locker room access is prohibited.

Baseball/Softball: Photographers and videographers are allowed to shoot from any spot outside the field of play that does not disrupt spectator or broadcast sight lines. Field access is prohibited during the contest except for special exceptions. Locker room access is prohibited.
