Biography

2025: An important part of Hillsdale's pitching staff, making 27 appearances with 13 starts and posting a 7-7 record and a 4.08 ERA...postseason hero for the Chargers, going a combined nine innings with zero earned runs given up to earn NCAA Tournament victories over Tiffin and Lewis on May 9, knocking both opponents out of the tournament...one of only two pitchers in Hillsdale College history with multiple NCAA Tournament victories after that win...threw four shutout innings against Tiffin on March 29...season-high four strikeouts in a Feb. 4 contest against Nebraska Kearney.

2024: Took advantage of increased opportunities in her second season, making 12 appearances and six starts and lowering her ERA by more than a run to 3.86...recorded her first collegiate win against Eckerd, pitching five and one-third innings with a strikeout, no walks and just three earned runs conceded in a 7-5 victory on March 13...earned the win in three scoreless innings of relief against Ursuline (April 21), striking out two and allowing just two baserunners...will get an opportunity to seize the game two starting role in 2025.

2023: Gained valuable experience in her first collegiate season, appearing in 11 games with one start against Davenport...recorded a season-high two strikeouts in the game against the Panthers (April 10)...Had scoreless relief appearances against Quincy (March 5), Kentucky Wesleyan (April 15) and Ohio Dominican (April 26).

High School: Talented right-handed pitching prospect who was a part of the 2021 state runner-up team in 6A, the highest classification in Texas, and helped Flower Mound Marcus reach the regional final round again in 2022 as a senior...standout on the travel ball scene for the Texas Glory...strong student who was a member of the Science National Honor Society, earned the Marvelous Maurauder Award at Marcus three straight years, and was a two-time All-Academic Athlete...active volunteer with her Church's Vacation Bible School, as well as the Circle of Friends club...parents are William and Dena Maxson.
