2024-25: Competed in four individual events and a relay at the 2025 G-MAC/MEC Championships...part of a runner-up finish in the 400 medley relay...took sixth in the 200 butterfly (2:13.78), ninth in the 100 butterfly (57.38) and the 200 individual medley (2:11.26)...fifth in program history in the 100 butterfly.

2023-24: Competed in four events in the 2024 G-MAC/MEC Championships, with two top 10 finishes...placed sixth in the 200 butterfly (2:14.28) and 10th in the 100 butterfly (58.78) for the Chargers...set new personal bests in the 200 IM (2:13.77) at the Don Kimble Invite on Nov. 18 and in the 400 IM (4:58.10) in a dual meet against SVSU (Jan. 14).

High School: Talented prep swimmer from the DC-Maryland-Virgina area...captain of the Georgetown Visitation swim team who won the 2023 WMPSSDL and DC States titles in the 10 butterfly, and was a Metros finalist in the event in 2020, 2022, 2023...on the York Swim Club national team...excellent student who was a member of both the National Honor Society and National Spanish Honor Society at her high school, and got Gold Level recognition on the National Spanish Exam...active volunteer through the Arlington Diocese, in Catholic Youth Organization sports events...parents are John and Lisa McNichols.
