2025-26: Competed in four individual events at the 2026 G-MAC/MEC Championships, with top eight finishes in all four...top finishes of fifth in the 1,650 freestyle (18:03.39) and sixth in the 1,000 freestyle (10:44.44)...ranked seventh in program history in the 500 freestyle and eighth in the 1,650 freestyle...earned CSC Academic All-District honors for the second straight season for her performance in the classroom.

2024-25: Competed in four events at the 2025 G-MAC/MEC Championships, with three top 10 finishes...took fourth in the 500 freestyle (5:07.70), eighth in the 1,650 freestyle (18:02.97) and ninth in the 1,000 freestyle (10:50.61)...named to the CSC Academic All-District team for her achievements in the classroom...ended the season ranked sixth in program history in the 500 freestyle, 10th in the 1,000 freestyle, and eighth in the 1,650 freestyle...earned CSC Academic All-District honors for her performance in the classroom.

2023-24: Named G-MAC/MEC Freshman of the Meet after a strong performance at the 2024 G-MAC/MEC Championships, with four top eight finishes including a runner-up finish and NCAA DII B-cut time in the 500 freestyle (5:04.32)...also placed third in the 1,650 free (17:41.73), fourth in the 1,000 free (10:34.36), and eighth with a personal best in the 200 free (1:55.65)...also swam personal bests this season in the 100 freestyle (54.60) and in the 1,650 freestyle (17:40.59) at the Don Kimble Invite (Nov. 18)...named a Scholar All-American by the CSCAA...top 10 all-time in program history in three events after her freshman season. 

High School: Impressive distance freestyler from Minnesota...earned All-Conference honors every year of high school and was team captain as a senior at Prior Lake High School...graduated top of her class and was a Board Scholar throughout high school, as well as a member of both the National Honor Society and National Business Honor Society...active volunteer through her local church...parents are Kevin and Sandra Ondracek.
