Kevin Kosiorek

A veteran trainer with nearly a decade of experience prior to arriving at Hillsdale, Kevin Kosiorek MS, LAT, ATC, NASM-PES joined the Chargers Sports Medicine and Performance team in the fall of 2024. He works as the primary athletic trainer for the Chargers cross country and track and field programs.

A 2015 graduate of Endicott College in Beverly, Massachusetts, where he received his B.S. in Athletic Training, Kosiorek moved on to receive his Masters in Athletic Training from the California University of Pennsylvania in 2016 while also serving as the head athletic trainer at Burgettstown Middle/High School in Burgettstown, Pennsylvania for his graduate assistant hours.

After graduation from Cal (PA), Kosiorek spent three years at the Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center in Lebanon, New Hampshire, serving as a physician's extender under hand/wrist surgeon Dr. Vincent Pellegrini, providing support to Dr. Pelligrini on evaluating patients, develop treatment plans, assisting with in-clinic procedures, and helping prepare patients for orthopedic providers. Along with his role, he also provided athletic training support at Mascoma Valley Regional High School in nearby Canaan, New Hampshire as well.

In October 2019, Kosiorek returned to his alma mater, Endicott College, in an athletic trainer and strength and conditioning coach role. He spent the next five years working for Endicott's Men's Ice Hockey, Football, Men's and Women's Tennis and Women's Rugby programs, working with teams that won seven conference championships and two national championships during his tenure. He also served as an adjunct professor teaching a class on Sport and Exercise Pedagogy in the Spring 2023 semester.
