A 2023 graduate of Hillsdale College, Anika Stepke moved into a position with the athletic department in the fall after finishing her studies. Her duties include overseeing Hillsdale's compliance efforts, as well as assisting with the day-to-day operations of the department and game day event management responsibilities.

Stepke graduated from Hillsdale with a Bachelor's degree in Sport Management, with a Marketing Management minor, and also swam competitively for the Chargers' women's swimming and diving team, contributing to three G-MAC/MEC championship squads and earning three All-G-MAC honors in her four years as a varsity athlete at Hillsdale.

Stepke currently resides in Hillsdale with her husband, Nick, and two dogs, Yeti and June.
