Ashley Van Hoose joined the Hillsdale College athletic department in the summer of 2025 as the Athletics Creative Services Manager. In her role at Hillsdale, Van Hoose manages the athletic department's social media accounts, oversees all photography, and is in charge of the program's creative design efforts across a variety of media formats.
A graduate of the University of Findlay, a fellow member of the Great Midwest Athletic Conference and a competitor of the Chargers across a variety of sports, Van Hoose arrived at Hillsdale familiar with the Chargers and what it takes to operate a NCAA Division II athletics department.
She gained those skills working for the University of Findlay athletic department for three seasons, including two years as a communications student worker and a year as a graduate assistant. In her time with the Oilers, Van Hoose assisted with game and event management, and also played a role in website development, social media creation, and photography for University of Findlay athletics.
Van Hoose also was a member of Findlay's women's track and field team, competing in sprints and hurdles for the Oilers.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and a Master's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Findlay. She came to Findlay from East Knox High School in in central Ohio, about 60 miles northeast of Columbus.
