Nate Waligora was hired as the Hillsdale College Athletic Department's Event and Campus Operations Coordinator in the summer of 2024. He works under Director of Events and Game Day Coordinator Pat Hornak assisting the department with facilities management and upkeep, setting up athletic venues for events and contests, and helping those events to run smoothly.

A 2024 graduate of Hillsdale College with a degree in Biology, Waligora played baseball for the Chargers for four seasons as a two-way player, making 23 pitching appearances and playing in 67 total games as a pitcher, outfielder and designated hitter. He came to Hillsdale from Livonia, Michigan near Detroit and Livonia Stevenson High School, where he was a two-sport athlete who helped the Spartans to a MHSAA Division I district title in baseball in 2019.
