A fixture around Hillsdale College athletics for more than two decades, Pat Hornak currently serves as the program's Director of Events and Game Day Coordinator, a role he's been in since 2019.

Hornak is a key facilitator of all Hillsdale College home events, across all of its sports, being responsible for game day venue set up, while also helping to keep equipment in good working order. He also oversees event security and act as a host for visiting teams and officials. Hornak has also logged a number of years working the basketball table, including roles as the shot clock operator and official scorekeeper.

He took the new position working in events and facilities for the athletic department after working for 11 seasons with the Charger football program in a wide variety of roles.

Hornak, a 2006 graduate of Hillsdale College, played football for the Chargers before moving into roles that grew from student coach to video coordinator, equipment manager and H-backs and tight ends coach.
