2025: Had a stellar freshman campaign, starting 48 of 53 games at high-leverage spots in the middle infield, mostly at second base...earned second-team All-G-MAC honors for the Chargers after hitting .302 with six extra base hits, 14 RBIs and 18 runs scored in conference play...strong defensive player for his position who led the team in assists and was a part of 26 double plays...eight multi-hit games and ended the season on a nine-game hitting streak...was 2 for 5 with a double and two RBIs in Hillsdale's G-MAC Tourney win over Findlay (May 7)...was 2 for 3 with a triple, his first career home run and three RBIs in a win over Thomas More (March 29).

High School: Athletic and versatile prospect from the always-strong Cincinnati Catholic school league with the upside to play a variety of different positions in the field...a stellar shortstop defensively for the Bombers as a junior in 2023, earning the team's Defensive Player of the Year honors as well as second-team All-Greater Catholic League recognition...missed his senior season while recovering from an injury...also stood out on the travel circuit, earning WWBA All-Tournament team honors with Five Star Midwest, and was one of the top students in his class at St. Xavier, as well as a member of the National Honor Society and the Spanish National Honor Society...active volunteer who earned the Eagle Scout distinction and also worked with People Working Cooperatively as part of community service...parents are Richard and Kris Porotsky.
