2025: Saw significant work out of the bullpen despite battling injuries, appearing in 11 games with a 2-1 record and two saves...picked up saves in a 5-4 win over Indiana (PA), striking out the side in relief on Feb. 28, and against Ohio Dominican (March 22), striking out two of the four batters he faced...was the winning pitcher in a 4-3 walk-off win over Emporia St. in St. Louis (March 7) and in relief against Malone, pitching three innings and striking out a season-high four batters.

2024: Broke out as an important reliever for the Chargers in his first season of competition, making 11 appearances with two saves and striking out 20 batters in 18.1 innings of work...pitched two scoreless innings of one-hit baseball for his first career save at Lake Erie (April 7)...also had shutout appearances against Saginaw Valley (March 13), Tiffin (March 24), Northwood (April 20), and Kentucky Wesleyan (April 28), and also recorded a save against the Panthers...struck out five of the eight batters he faced in his appearance against the Dragons on March 24, a career-high.

2023: Redshirted in 2023 while recovering from injury...will have four seasons of eligibility remaining beginning with the 2024 season.

High School: Gifted right-handed arm who excelled for Milford High School in the rugged Kensington Lakes Activities Association in the state of Michigan...earned first-team All-KLAA and All-District honors as a senior, striking out 75 batters with a 2.25 ERA and a 1.43 WHIP in 50.1 innings pitched while also hitting .380 with 18 RBIs as the Mavericks' leadoff batter...also named MVP and team Pitcher of the Year as a senior after four years starting for Milford...played travel baseball with Hawks Gold...strong student who earned the 2022 President's Education Award and Milford Academic Excellenece Awards, as well as the LVC Scholar Athlete award for four consecutive years...active volunteer with Milford Memories, Milford Special Olympics and through his church...parents are Andy and Jamie McLaughlin.
