Jordyn Dubina

Jordyn Dubina (nee Lopez), Ed.D, LAT, ATC, joined the Hillsdale College Athletic Training staff in July of 2022 as Assistant Athletic Trainer for football and baseball. Prior to Hillsdale College, Dubina worked at Barton College with their inaugural football team and baseball team.

Dubina received her Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from Kent State University.  During her time as a student, Dubina worked with the Golden Flashes' gymnastics, wrestling and field hockey teams.

Following her graduation from Kent State, Dubina went on to earn her Master of Science in Post-Professional Athletic Training at the University of Kentucky.  During her time at Kentucky, Dubina completed her graduate assistantship with the Wildcats' men's and women's cross country and track & field teams while assisting with football, men’s basketball, women’s basketball and volleyball.  While completing her graduate degree, Dubina received her Graston M1 certification.

Dubina also received her Doctor of Education in Interprofessional Leadership from Kent State University. She successfully defended her Dissertation in Practice titled, “Athletic Training Preceptors’ Awareness, Perceptions, and Integrations of Clinical Teaching Models” in June 2025.

Dubina currently resides in Hillsdale with her husband Mason and dogs Macc and Bennie.
