2023: Earned a spot in the team’s secondary rotation from the first game as a true freshman, ultimately appearing in eight contests…finished with a career-high four tackles in Hillsdale’s win over Lake Erie on Oct. 28…recorded a pass breakup against Kentucky Wesleyan (Oct. 14) and Ohio Dominican (Nov. 11)…will compete for more playing time in 2024.

High School: Two-way standout for nearby Tecumseh High School in Lenawee County, Michigan, less than an hour east of the Hillsdale College campus...helped lead the Indians to a Southeastern Conference White Division title and MHSAA D4 Playoff appearance as a senior in 2022, arning All-SEC, All-Region and All-County honors, finishing the season with 73 tackles, nine for loss, six interceptions, eight pass breakups and a pick-six...three-sport athlete also helped Tecumseh win a SEC championship in basketball and earned All-State honors in track and field...strong student earned Academic All-State honors and recognition from the National Football Foundation as a Scholar-Athlete...volunteered with youth football and basketball programs in Lenawee County...parents are Brian and Laurie Chenevey.
