2022: Top cornerback and key player in the secondary for Hillsdale in his second season as a starter...tied for the team lead in interceptions with two, added two pass breakups and finished with 41 tackles in 11 games...named G-MAC and Hillsdale College defensive player of the week for his performance in Hillsdale's 36-20 upset of undefeated and nationally-ranked Ashland on Oct. 29, returning an interception 17 yards for a critical touchdown and tying his career high with eight tackles...also finished with eight tackles and a tackle for loss against Kentucky Wesleyan on Oct. 1.

2021: Had a breakout season in his second year at Hillsdale, working his way into the starting lineup at cornerback and leading the Chargers in interceptions with five on the year...appeared in 10 of 12 games, finishing the season with 38 tackles and earning third-team All-G-MAC honors with his play...recorded his first career interception in a loss to Truman (Sept. 18)...finished with a season-high eight tackles, an interception and a pass breakup in Hillsdale's road upset of defending G-MAC champion Tiffin (Oct. 2)...tied a G-MAC record with three interceptions in Hillsdale's 20-3 home victory over Walsh the following weekend (Oct. 9)...earned Hillsdale's E.P.E.P award the week of the Tiffin win, and Hillsdale's Defensive Player of the Week award the week of the Walsh victory...will be an important player for a Charger defense looking to replace several key graduated players in 2022.

2020-21: Appeared in one game on special teams against Ohio Dominican (April 24).

High School: Starting defensive back on a Rockwall (Texas) team that went 12-3 and reached the Class 6A state semifinal in 2019, beating multiple traditional Texas high school powerhouses along the way...finished with 37 tackles, one forced fumble and 15 pass deflections as a senior and earned second-team all-district honors for his play...Graduated with honors from Rockwall...parents are Michael and Jeanie Gillock.
