2024: Thrust into a starting role thanks to injuries midway through the season and acquitted himself well, helping pave the way for the G-MAC's top rushing attack and earning victories in all five of his starts on the year...won the Every Player, Every Play award for his performance in an Oct. 19 win at Lake Erie...a strong contender to open the year as a starter for the Chargers in 2025.

2023: Saw action in two games, playing in Hillsdale’s victories against Oct. 14 on Kentucky Wesleyan and Oct. 28 against Lake Erie.

2022: Redshirted...named Hillsdale College Offensive Scout Team Player of the Week for the week of Sept. 25-Oct. 1...will have four seasons of eligibility remaining entering the 2023 season.

High School: Big offensive lineman who was a standout player for New Trier High School in Illinois...named best offensive lineman and a Central Suburban All-Conference left tackle as a junior in 2020, leading New Trier to a 5-1 record...also named team's Most Inspirational Player as a senior in 2021...also an impressive weightlifter who won a 2022 NASA Powerlifting National Championship in the spring of 2022, and took second-place in the IHSPLA competition as well...solid student who made the honor roll all four years of high school...active volunteer with Good News Partners of Evanston, Illinois, as well as coaching and refereeing in youth football leagues...parents are Myles and Carrie Mendoza.
