High School: Important defensive contributor for Warren De La Salle, a powerhouse program in Michigan’s Catholic School League that’s played in four straight MHSAA D2 Championship games, winning titles in 2021 and 2022...contributed to the Pilots’ 2022 state championship with 41 tackles, five for loss, three sacks and two interceptions as a junior, then excelled as a senior with 56 tackles, 7.5 tackles for loss, 4.5 sacks and three fumble recoveries as a senior as the Pilots finished runner-up in the state…strong student who earned Academic All-State honors in football, was a member of his school’s National Honor Society and graduated with honors this past spring…active volunteer through his church and football team, including helping run food and clothing drives in his community…parents are James and Shannon Maisano.
