2024: Carved out a regular role on offense for the Chargers, appearing in 10 games and catching a career-high eight passes...had first multi-catch game of his career against Michigan Tech on Sept. 13...earned CSC Academic All-District honors for the 2024 season for his performance on the field and in the classroom.

2023: Saw game action for the first time, appearing in three contests…caught a career-long 45-yard pass against Northwood on Sept. 30, then topped it a month later with a 49-yard reception against Lake Erie on Oct. 28…veteran presence in a young receiver room.

2022: Did not see game action...earned Hillsdale Offensive Scout Player of the Week for the week of Oct. 2-8.

2021: Redshirted in 2021...will have four seasons of eligibility beginning in 2022.

High School: Four-year varsity player and standout receiver/defensive back for a Brookfield Academy team that reached the regional semifinal round of the WIAA Division 4 tournament in 2020...set Wisconsin state record with six touchdowns in a single game...earned first-team All-Conference and All-Region and was named to the Wisconsin State All-Star game as a senior...three sport athlete was also a team captain and a three-or-more year varsity player for the Knights in basketball and baseball...finished his high school career with 60 receptions for 1,143 yards and 21 touchdows...made the honor roll all four years of high school...helped with primary school summer-school and after-school programs at Brookfield Academy, and also served as a volunteer coach and official for middle school-level sports...parents are Dan and Mary Schmidt.
