Biography

2021: Returned to the starting lineup and posted his best season yet as a Charger, appearing in all 12 games and finishing with career highs in tackles (32), tackles for loss (10) and sacks (5)...one of only three players to earn multiple Hillsdale Defensive Plauer of the Week honors, receiving recognition for putting up two sacks in both the Ashland (Oct. 30) contest and in the America's Crossroads Bowl against Truman St. (Dec. 4)...also earned E.P.E.P honors from the team for his performance against Kentucky Wesleyan (Nov. 6), where he finished with a sack, a pass breakup and a career-high 2.5 tackles for loss...named to the One Play Warrior Club for his performance on special teams in the 2021 season...expected to be a leader on the defensive line in 2022 as the unit's only full-time returning starter.

2020-21: Did not see game action while recovering from an injury…aiming for a healthy return in the fall of 2021.

2019: Ascended into the starting lineup for the Chargers in 2019, appearing in all 11 games and finishing with 31 tackles, 6.5 tackles for loss and two sacks...had his best game against Lake Erie (Sept. 21), finishing with a season high seven tackles and assisting on a sack...had a sack and 1.5 tackles for loss against Tiffin (Nov. 9)...earned the Chargers Big Stick award for the week of Oct. 12...named to the One Play Warrior Club for the 2019 season.

2018: Redshirted as a true freshman…Will have 4 years of eligibility starting in 2019……Named the team’s defensive scout team player of the week on Sept. 3 and Nov. 26
