2024: Veteran tailback who brought an important power running aspect to Hillsdale's running game, battling through injuries to play in nine contests and finish tied for second on the team in rushing touchdowns with four...capped the season by running in two of Hillsdale's four touchdowns in a 28-6 victory over Ohio Dominican on Nov. 16...put up a season high 41 rushing yards against Northwood on Oct. 5...scored a rushing touchdown against UIndy on Sept. 7 and Thomas More on Nov. 2.

2023: Played in all 11 games for the Chargers, carving out a big role on special teams while also getting more opportunities as a rusher…finished with a season-high 31 yards on six carries in Hillsdale’s Oct. 28 win over Lake Erie…scored his first career rushing touchdown in Hillsdale’s road victory at Walsh on Nov. 4….named to the One Play Warrior Club for his work on special teams throughout the season…will compete for the starting job at tailback in 2024.

2022: Saw his first game action, appearing in seven contests in 2022 as a reserve tailback and on special teams...rushed for 45 yards on eight carries with a long run of 14 in Hillsdale's 41-7 win over Northwood on Oct. 15.

2021: Redshirted in 2021...named Offensive Scout Team Player of the Week for the week of Oct. 23...will have four seasons of eligibility beginning in 2022.

High School: Two-year star at tailback for Mishawaka Penn (IN)...rushed for 1,320 yards and 12 touchdowns as a junior in 2019 to become the first running back at Penn since 2008 to go over 1,000 yards rushing in a single season...also finished with 1,000 all-purpose yards and 11 touchdowns as a senior in 2020, earning first-team All-NIC honors in both seasons...nominated for the2021 IFCA North/South All-Star game...graduated Summa Cum Laude with dean's list honors every semester, and was named to the IFCA Academic All-State team...member of the Penn Republican Club, the Student-Athlete Leadership council, the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, and the Penn speech team...volunteered with local nursing homes and homeless shelters...parents are Kirk and Rebecca Riffel.
