Prior to Hillsdale: Navy veteran with a unique background for a college football player...comes to Hillsdale after serving for six years in the U.S. Navy, where he was the Lead Reactor Operator aboard the carrier USS Ronald Reagan, CVN-76, stationed in the Pacific Ocean...earned the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal during his service...graduated from Penn High School in Mishawaka, Indiana, near South Bend, and played high school football for the Kingsmen...active volunteer through Trinity Lutheran Church..parents are Doug and Tabetha Busch.
