High School: Three-year starter at quarterback at Hernando High School, a Class 3A school north of Tampa on Florida's gulf coast....led Hernando to a 2025 FHSAA Class 3A district title and earned first-team All-GC8 Conference honors for his play...set Hernando records for most passing yards and touchdowns in a career, season and game, and most points scored in a game with 48 points...finished his career with 3,639 passing yards and 30 touchdowns, along with 1,161 yards rushing and 13 touchdowns...active volunteer with PIT Crew helping tutor students in Algebra 1 and 2...parents are Derek and Brandi Saltsman.
