Biography

2019: Appeared in eight games for the Chargers as a special teams player and defensive substitute, recording three tackles...recorded his second career interception against Lake Erie (Sept. 21)...named to the One Play Warrior Club for the 2019 season.

2018: Saw action in two games on the season.

2016: Redshirted as a true freshman in 2016…Named the team’s Defensive Scout Team Player of the Week on Nov. 14.

High School: A versatile player for Christian Liberty Academy in Illinois, he was a three-year varsity starter and played in various positions ranging from quarterback to wide receiver and tight end…He was a team captain as a senior and earned the leadership award…In his senior season, shortened due to injury, he had 19 receptions for 200 yards, 26 tackles, and 2 fumble recoveries….He was awarded the “Most Improved Defensive Player” award as a sophomore…He was also a letterman in baseball and a part of the Regional Championship team in 2014…He was a member of the Eta Sigma Alpha National Honor Society…In the community, he was a member of the “Crusaders for Life” Pro-Life Group and has served Mass at St. Peter’s Parish for 12 years… Parents are Tom and Katie Froman.
