Biography

2020-21: Took a big step forward to help lead the Chargers to their best season in at least two decades...earned first-team All-G-MAC honors and finished second on the team in scoring (298), rebounds (156) and assists (80) while leading the Chargers in 3-pointers made (38)...opened the season with a career-high 28 points and six 3-pointers in a home win over Trevecca Nazarene (Dec. 5), earning G-MAC Player of the Week honors for the first time in his career...finished the year with 15 double-figure performances, providing effective and efficient scoring in the post and on the perimeter...returning for a fifth year in 2021-22, taking advantage of the waiver granted by the NCAA due to Covid-19, and figures to be one of the top players in the G-MAC again this year.

2019-20: Excelled in his first full season as a starter for the Chargers, setting career highs in every statistical category and earning second-team All-G-MAC honors...finished second on the team in rebounds (159) and third in points (305), averaging 11.3 points per game for the season...scored in double figures in 16 games, and closed the season with seven-straight double-figure outings to help the Chargers clinch a share of the G-MAC regular season title...had two double-doubles, including a career-high 13 rebounds in a 17 point, 13 rebound performance at Tiffin (Jan. 9)...set a new career high in points with 23 at Malone (Jan. 25) and matched it in a win over Tiffin (Feb. 22) late in the season...finished fourth on the team in assists and had nine games with three or more assists.

2018-19: Made a big impact after he returned to the court on Dec. 19…Versatile big man who is an excellent passer and outside shooter…Made a big season debut with 17 points against a talented Lourdes team Dec. 19…Averaged 8.7 points and 6.4 rebounds per game, scoring in double figures eight times in the 18 games he played in…Pulled down a season-best 11 rebounds in a home win over Tiffin Jan. 31…Moved into a starting role late in the season, starting the final six games of the campaign.

2017-18: Played in all 31 games as a backup frontcourt player as a true freshman and saw rapid improvement through the season…Scored a career-high 19 points in a win over Trevecca Nazarene Jan. 27, going 8-for-9 from the floor…Made three of his six 3-point baskets on the season in that win…Scored 10 or more points four times, his first a 10-point outing at Trevecca Nazarene Nov. 30…Collected a career-high 11 rebounds in a win over Ohio Valley Feb. 17…An excellent passer out of the low post and an ideal fit for Hillsdale’s motion offense.

High School: Highly skilled big man at Cleveland St. Ignatius High School...Averaged 10 points, seven rebounds, two assists, one block and one steal throughout his career...Three-year varsity player...Named honorable mention All-Area by the Cleveland Plain Dealer...Named team's most improved player...Played AAU basketball at the National Basketball Academy...Involved with Impowered Sports, helping mentally challenged kids enjoy the game of basketball...Also spent time with the Christian Action Team and Running With Others...Parents are Christopher and Kristine.
