2021-22: Carved out a meaningful role as one of the team's top post substitutes, playing in all 31 games and contributing to Hillsdale's run to its first-ever NCAA DII Elite Eight...had a huge outing off the bench in Hillsdale's 83-61 victory over Northwood on Nov. 13, scoring a career-high 14 points and chipping in four rebounds, two assists and two blocks...expected to play a bigger role with the team in the 2022-23 season as the Chargers look to replace graduated starters in the post.

2020-21: Saw his first collegiate action and became part of the team's post rotation, appearing in 20 of the Chargers' 24 games...shot 80% from the floor and scored a career high nine points in a Feb 20 win over Ohio Valley.

2019-20: Redshirted as a true freshman...will have four years of eligibility remaining starting with the 2020-21 season.

High School: Scored 1,709 career points at Penn High School in Mishawaka, Indiana, graduating as the program's all-time leading scorer...back-to-back Elkhart Area Player of the Year...named to the Indiana Junior All-Star team and was named First Team Academic All-State as a senior...three-time First Team All-Northern Indiana Conference and three-time First Team All-Area...led Penn to the IHSAA Class 4A semi-state game in 2018-19...played AAU Basketball with the Spiece Indy Heat and Indiana Game...graduated on the High Honor Roll at Penn...parents are Daniel and Carrie Applegate.
