2012: Turned in another steady season, playing primarily as the right-side hitter…Opened season strong, recording 10 or more kills in three of the team’s first eight matches, including a career-high 18 kills against eventual PSAC champion California (Pa.) Sept. 7…Had six kills and three block assists in the NCAA Midwest regional final against the University of Indianapolis Dec. 1…Had five or more kills in 27 of the team’s 33 matches, and had a streak of 20 straight matches with five or more kills, a streak that ran from Sept. 1 – Oct. 26…Third on the team with 73 total blocks on the season.

2011: Entered the team’s front-court rotation in 2011 and gave the team valuable production from the right side…Had season-high of eight kills with a .538 hitting percentage in a road win against Ashland Sept. 11…Played a big role in a five-set road win over Saginaw Valley State Sept. 23 with seven kills and no errors in a hard-fought match…Set career high with six block assists in 3-2 win over the University of Indianapolis Sept. 2.

2010: Worked as a backup player in her freshman season, but showed exciting potential, power and accuracy during the time she got to play...Hit .358 in 19 sets played, generating 25 kills with just six errors...Had season-best six kills on just seven attempts and no errors in win over Lake Erie College Sept. 12...Had five kills and three assists in win at Lake Superior State Oct. 10.

High School: A big and powerful right-side hitter who was a four-year starter at Milan High School...Led her team in kills all four years, and in 2009, led the program to its best record in more than two decades, 27-11...Had 394 kills, 262 digs and 66 service aces as a senior. In 2008, she rang up 305 kills, 243 digs and 76 service aces, while being named First-Team All-Conference, All-Area by The Ann Arbor News, and All-Region...Involved with the Fellowship of Christian Athletes in her senior year...Also earned letters in basketball and tennis...Earned three varsity letters in tennis, and was named that team’s MVP in 2008...Played club volleyball for the 18-1 Huron Valley Volleyball Club under coach Justin Martin...Earned a 3.8 overall grade point average, was named to the honor roll multiple times and was a member of the National Honor Society...Was also a leader with the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, a freshman mentor, and volunteered at the Leslie Science Center in Ann Arbor...Born May 7, 1991...Parents are Tom and Karen...Older sister Sarah played volleyball at the University of Michigan from 2004-07...Her father Tom was a track athlete at Concordia University, and her mother Karen played volleyball at George Williams College, where she earned All-Region honors.
