The Hillsdale College men's tennis team began the fall portion of its schedule over the weekend, competing at an ITA Regional event, hosted by the University of Indianapolis.
On Friday's first day of competition, the doubles team of Dugan Delp and Justin Hyman recorded an 8-3 win over Tiffin's duo of Toby Cutting and Luis Ludena.
Two other Chargers competed in singles action. Freshman Michael Szabo dropped a 6-1, 6-1 match to Pablo Baroja of Ferris State, and Charlie Adams was defeated by Northwood's Austin Woody 6-4, 6-1.
Saturday's action was prematurely halted due to rain, though Delp and Hyman were able to complete their second-round match, an 8-2 loss to Alan Braschinsky and Mate Srdanovic of Lewis.
