A Monday afternoon matinee went against the Hillsdale College men's tennis team.

The Chargers dropped a 6-3 decision to Lewis University in Illinois, to fall to 1-2 on the season.

Hillsdale picked up two wins in the singles flights, led by Milan Mirkovic's 6-3, 7-5 win at No. 3 singles. Julien Clouette also picked up a straight sets victory at No. 6 singles, 6-3, 6-4.

The Chargers' lone doubles win came courtesy of the same two men who won their singles matches. Mirkovic and Clouette teamed up for an 8-7 win at No. 3 doubles.
