The Hillsdale College men's tennis team knocked off another regionally ranked opponent to finish up its trip through Florida Wednesday.
The Chargers earned a key 5-4 win over the University of Southern Indiana in a regional matchup played at St. Leo University.
The top of Hillsdale's singles lineup came through in a big way in this win, as four of Hillsdale's five wins came in singles competition.
Milan Mirkovic won 6-4, 6-7, 6-2 in a competitive No. 1 singles match. Sophomore Charlie Adams won in straight sets, 7-6, 6-3, as did Justin Hyman at No. 3 singles (6-4, 6-0). Senior Dugan Delp was a 6-3, 6-1 winner at No. 4 singles for the Chargers.
Hyman and Adams picked up the team's lone doubles win, but it was an important one, by a score of 8-4.
