The Hillsdale College men's tennis team finished up its trek through Florida on a positive note Wednesday, defeating Our Lady of the Lake 6-1 in Orlando. The Chargers will return home sporting a 9-4 overall record as conference play is on the horizon.
Charlie Adams won both of his matches, 6-2, 6-1 at No. 1 singles and 6-1 at No. 1 doubles with Justin Hyman.
Michael Szabo and Brian Hackman won their matches at No. 3 and No. 4 singles respectively, and teamed up for a 6-4 win at No. 2 doubles.
Matching that pattern was Gabe Katz and Jerry Hewitt, who were victorious at No. 5 and No. 6 singles respectively, each winning those matches 6-1, 6-0. They then combined for a 6-1 win at No. 3 doubles.
