Chargers add setter Elizabeth Andaloro to 2026 signing class

The Hillsdale College volleyball team continues to restock its talent pool this offseason, adding another incoming freshman for the fall of 2026 this spring in high school signee Elizabeth Andaloro.

Andaloro brings Hillsdale's total of incoming freshmen for the 2026 season to six, joining a class of five that committed to the Chargers on signing day in November.

A setter, Andaloro is staying in Hillsdale after starring for three years at Hillsdale Academy, a private school located on the Hillsdale College campus and just down the road from Dawn Tibbetts Potter Arena where the Chargers play.

As a Colt, Andaloro led Hillsdale Academy to three straight SCAA titles and MHSAA D4 District titles as the team's setter. She was named the Team MVP as a senior and earned 3rd Team All-State honors as well as back-to-back All-Region honors while leading the Colts to the program's first D4 Regional title and quarterfinal appearance in 12 years. For her career, she finished with 361 kills, 168 aces, 848 assists, 27 blocks and 517 digs.

Andaloro also excelled in club volleyball playing for her hometown Charged Up Volleyball club, playing on the 16U and 18U teams throughout her time in high school and serving as team captain this past year. She's also an excellent student, set to graduate this spring with high honors and earning individual Academic All-State honors as a senior.

She fills a position of need for the Chargers, bringing depth to a young and thin setter rotation and giving Hillsdale another potential option at the critical position.

Hillsdale will begin the 2026 volleyball season on August 28 at the Wayne State Warrior Invite in Detroit, Michigan. The Chargers are set to take on Indiana University of Pennsylvania at 12:15 PM in their first match of the season. You can find the full 2026 schedule for Hillsdale College volleyball here.
