The Hillsdale College women's tennis team returned to the state of Ohio for the second straight weekend, but were handed a 6-3 loss by Tiffin University Saturday afternoon.

The Chargers are now 1-3 overall and in the GLIAC, and finish up weekend play at Findlay Sunday morning.

Tiffin was able to win very close matches at No. 2 and No. 3 singles, each going a third set, to pick up key wins in the match.

Two Chargers were victorious in the singles flights. Junior Lindsay Peirce won a 6-3, 6-2 decision at No. 4 singles, while sophomore Jada Bissett was a 6-4, 6-2 winner at No. 6 singles.

Sisters Morgan and Sydney Delp remained undefeated on the season with an 8-4 win at No. 1 doubles.
