The Chargers lost a second-round match to Saginaw Valley State 5-3 on day 2 of the 2015 GLIAC Tournament in Midland.
Dana Grace Buck and Jada Bissett were 8-4 winners for Hillsdale in the No. 3 doubles flight. But the shorthanded Chargers were down 2-1 after the doubles matches.
Seniors Lindsay Peirce and Sydney Delp were winners in their singles matches.

The Charger women's tennis team fell in the first round of the 2015 GLIAC Tournament to Wayne State Friday night, 5-0. Hillsdale will now face Saginaw Valley State in the tournament's second round, scheduled for Saturday in Midland.
Hillsdale fell behind 3-0 after doubles, although all three matches were very competitive. The No. 1 doubles team of Halle Hyman and Lindsay Peirce lost an 8-7 decision that went to a tiebreaker. Similarly, the No. 2 doubles team of Corinne Prost and Dana Grace Buck lost a tight 8-6 decision in their flight.
Prost and Buck lost at No. 2 and 3 singles, respectively, clinching the match for the Warriors.
