The Charger women's tennis team fell to 3-3 on the season with a 7-2 loss to Ferris State University in Big Rapids Sunday.

A continued bright spot for Hillsdale College was freshman Corinne Prost, who kept up her winnign streak with a 6-0, 2-6, 6-2 win at No. 3 singles. She showed more resilience in this match, her first three-set victory in the singles flight.

Fellow freshman Julia Formentin was a 6-2, 6-4 winner at No. 6 singles, the Chargers' only other win on the day.

The top two doubles matches finished with scores of 8-6 and 9-7, two more closely fought contests that both went the Bulldogs' way.
