The Hillsdale College action shooting team wrapped up a successful fall of competition with a home USPSA match this past Saturday at the Ailes Action Shooting Range.

With Hillsdale College on fall break, only part of the team stayed behind to compete at the invitational, which came on the heels of the Chargers' impressive performance at the Springfield Armory USPSA Collegiate Championships on Sept. 26.

Among male competitors, William Grohs was the top placer, finishing second overall in the event behind Hillsdale College alumnus Zechariah Steiger, while among Chargers women, Annabelle Robbins took the top spot.

The Chargers action shooting team is now off for the winter, and will return to competition in the spring. A schedule of events for Hillsdale in the spring semester will be announced later on hillsdalechargers.com.
